- Standard delivery within Canada typically takes 6–10 business days after processing.
- Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (see promotions at checkout).
Important Information
- We currently ship within Canada only. (If you plan to expand, this can be updated later to include the US or international shipping.)
- Ella-Montreal is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or customs inspections (if applicable).
